BATTING GLOVE - WARRANTY POLICY

Dynasty Baseball is committed to providing the best quality, toughest and most comfortable batting gloves to hitters everywhere. We strive to make sure we always provide the highest level of service and satisfaction to our customers to help them achieve the highest level of performance in the game we all love while also providing the best value in the market. We offer a 30 day warranty from the date of receipt (if purchased online) or date of purchase (if purchased in person from an authorized retailer or at an event). We DO NOT warranty gloves that show obvious signs of neglect or intentional abuse. We do our best to look at any issue on a case by case basis and take an objective look at any customer issues to resolve them. Any time a customer wishes to return a pair outside of the warranty window, we will often offer a discount on a future order. Please always reach out to the Dynasty Baseball team and we will do everything we can to offer the best service in baseball! If there are issues with the sizing/fit of Dynasty Baseball batting gloves, please contact us and we will work to get you the right size. It is important to understand that no pair of batting gloves will last forever. Batting Gloves are some of the most abused equipment in baseball and we have worked to engineer the toughest gloves possible while still maintaining the feel and flexibility that hitters need. If a return is warranted, we will need images of the product and what might be considered defective. Dynasty Baseball is a proud small business run by two brothers who love the game of baseball as much as those who wear our gloves! We will always return customer inquiries withing 24 hours and usually within the same business day.
